Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all my clients I now have a cancellation policy in place. Whilst I understand that last minute situations pop up and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask that you give me 48hrs notice for any cancellation. This will give me enough time to fill your slot with a client off my waiting list. If you cancel/reschedule less than 48hrs before 20% of the treatment price will be added onto your next appointment total. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24hrs
before 50% of the treatment price will be added onto your next appointment total. You can cancel/reschedule by pressing the Manage appointment button on your email reminder or confirmation email. Many thanks for your understanding. Erica.
